Thank you for your interest in SanMar Canada. We provide the best selection of products, support and customer service in the industry. SanMar Canada proudly supports the imprintable apparel industry. If you would like to become a customer and your main line of business is Ad-specialty, promotions, screen printing, textile printing and/or embroidery, please complete our New Account Qualification Form and provide us with supporting documentation listed below. We require this information so that we ensure that we can provide you with your account in a timely manner

Requirements

• SanMar’s New Account Qualification Form
• Credit Application Form or Credit Card Authorization Form
• Business license for Western customers
• Provincial Tax Exemption Certificate/Tax Information for Eastern customers

If you have any questions regarding qualification requirements, please contact Christopher Zenga, Account Developer at 905-602-6411 or 1-800-668-0899. Please complete all fields of the form and fax to 1-800-529-0770 or email to newaccounts@sanmarcanada.com. Once your information is received and verified, we will inform you of your customer number within 24 hours. If you have applied for net 30 terms, we will take 3 to 5 business days to reply. Credit (Terms) Application Form

Any and all information about your company is important. All trade references whether they are Net or COD accounts are helpful. For open accounts, we may request a financial statement. For a larger line of credit we require financial statements. Please complete all fields of the application, including your full and complete addresses, phone numbers and applicable account numbers.

Credit Card Authorization Form

We accept Visa, Amex and MasterCard as credit card terms of payment. If you would prefer to place your future purchases on your existing SanMar Canada account with the Authentic T-Shirt Company ULC (D.B.A. SanMar Canada) on either of these credit cards, we require your authorization by completing the Credit Card Authorization Form.
